Suzuki Brisbane Tigers have confirmed a range of changes to games scheduled February 26th to 27th.
As the severe wet weather continues in South East Qld, we’re seeing dangerous conditions across Brisbane with localised flooding in low-lying areas making it unsafe for players and staff to travel.
TRIALS
Hostplus Cup, QRLW Premiership and Hastings Deering Colts trials against the Burleigh Bears scheduled for today (Saturday 26th February) at Burleigh have been cancelled.
ROUND 1
Cyril Connell Challenge U16 round 1 clash against the Redcliffe Dolphins at Moreton Daily Stadium has been moved to Sunday, 27th February. Location and kick-off time has not yet been confirmed.
Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup U18 round 1 clash against the Burleigh Bears at Leo Williams Oval has not had any changes.
A determination will be made later today on whether these round 1 clashes will be played.
Update:
Cyril Connell Challenge U16 round 1 clash against the Redcliffe Dolphins scheduled to be played this weekend has been cancelled. Both Clubs will aim to replay this game at a later date.
Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup U18 round 1 clash against the Burleigh Bears scheduled to play this weekend has also been cancelled. The QRL have confirmed that it is likely this match will be postponed to Wednesday, 13th April.
