Bribie Island Warringals junior Thomas Rafter has joined the Suzuki Brisbane Tigers for the 2023 Hostplus Cup season.
Rafter, who will link with former teammate Shooter McGavin comes to the Tigers after spending the past four (4) seasons with the Sunshine Coast Falcons.
The 25-year-old has played thirty (30) Hostplus Cup games, scoring ten (10) tries all for the Falcons.
Speaking of his move to the Tigers, the second-rower is eager to experience a similar Melbourne Storm affiliate system but with a different perspective.
“I know it will help mine and any other boys’ game”, Rafter added.
“I’m excited to play for a team with such a rich history”.
“Putting this jersey on with a new group of blokes was something I was ready for”.
“I’m super excited about playing under coaching staff with heaps of experience and putting on a new outfit and having a new outlook on my footy”.
Welcome to the Tigers family Rafterbrah!
