Brisbane Tigers TigersShop.com.au ships orders via Australia Post. We aim to provide a fast dispatch service.
Most deliveries will be shipped within business hours (9am-5pm). Please choose a delivery address in which you will likely be able to take delivery of the parcel. Please allow up to four business days for your order to be processed, however if ordered prior to 1pm weekdays, we will endeavour to process your order that day.

Click and Collect – from Easts Leagues Club Reception Desk
Trading Hours are 7 days a week, 10am – 3am
Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via the email provided during checkout. The collection location for Click and Collect is front reception Easts Leagues Club, 40 Main Ave, Coorparoo QLD 4151.
If you would like to collect your order from any Brisbane Tigers home match, please email your order confirmation to info@thetigers.com.au.
Australia – Domestic Post
Please allow up to 5 Business Days from dispatch – $12.00.
International Countries – Registered International
Please allow up to 10 Business days from dispatch – $35.00.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
Unclaimed Or Returned Parcel
Any parcels unclaimed and return to the Brisbane Tigers TigersShop.com.au will incur an added postage cost if re-delivery is required.
If a customer incorrectly enters their address and a re-delivery is required, added postage cost will incur.
