The Sunshine Coast Falcons defeated our Hostplus Cup Tigers, which featuring several Melbourne Storm players, after leading at half time and holding on in a dramatic second half at Totally Workwear Stadium.
Decided by just two points in a gritty and grinding clash, the Tigers fought hard in the final 20 minutes of the game to almost steal the win from the Falcons.

Round 9: SC Falcons 31 def Suzuki Brisbane Tigers 30
Our Colts fell to their first defeat of the season in high-scoring match against the Sunshine Coast Falcons at our home den, Totally Workwear Stadium.
The Falcons scored six tries to the Tigers’ five, but conversions from sharp-shooter Bailey Black kept our Colts in the game which was ultimately decided by a field goal in the 72nd minute.
The Tigers are now in third place on the ladder, but only behind the top two teams due to for-and-against.

Getting to the game: It is recommended to catch public transport or get dropped off to avoid missing out on a carpark.
