Sorensen signs with the Tigers

Dredin Sorensen will call the Suzuki Brisbane Tigers home for the 2023 Hostplus Cup season signing with the club on a one-year deal.

Sorensen, comes to the Tigers after spending the past season with the Wynnum Manly Seagulls.

The 23-year-old played his first Hostplus Cup game for the Seagulls in 2019, making 13 appearances over the 2019 and 2022 seasons.

Speaking of his move to the Tigers, the NZ born centre said “I’ve heard a lot of great things about the Club, but what stood out to me was Churchie (Matt Church)”.

“Not only is he an experienced coach but really seems to be invested into the players and Club.

“He knows what he wants to achieve for the 2023 Hostplus Cup campaign”.

“I’m looking forward to getting around the boys and hopefully getting a few more Cup games under my belt”, he added.
