TYRRELL COMES HOME TO THE TIGERS
Suzuki Easts Tigers are excited to announce the signing of South Sydney Rabbitohs premiership winning prop forward David Tyrrell.
Tyrrell returns home to Suzuki Stadium Langland’s Park after nine seasons at Redfern.
The 29 year-old started in the front row when the Rabbitohs defeated the Bulldogs to win the 2014 Telstra Premiership and will add much muscle and experience to the Tigers pack, following the recent retirement of Mat Pitman and Steve Thorpe.
Tyrrell played 155 games with the Rabbitohs and represented the Prime Minister’s XIII in 2015.
An Easts Junior, Tyrrell made his first grade debut with the Tigers on the wing before being signed by the Rabbitohs.
Welcome home David.
