TIGERS RE-SIGN JAKE FOSTER

Easts Tigers has today announced the re-signing of ace back-rower Jake Foster.

Foster will remain with the Tigers at least until the end of the 2018 season.

Currently in his second year with the Club, Foster has been in great form for the Tigers after signing with the Club from the Canberra Raiders in 2015.

Foster previously played with the Canterbury Bulldogs and was member of the 2011 Indigenous All Stars side.

Easts Tigers coach Scott Sipple said he was happy to have a player of Jake’s calibre and experience at the Club.

“Jake is an asset to the Club and his experience and leadership will be invaluable to young squad”, Sipple said.

Foster said he was impressed with Sipple’s future plans to build a strong culture.

“I want to be part of the Club’s plans moving forward. I have a strong relationship with Scott and the playing group”.

It’s a strong Club and with the direction it’s going, I feel that bigger things are just around the corner”, Foster said.
